News for Wednesday

Here are some ideas our class wanted to share for Wednesday:

* Matthew shared with us that he is a wold scout. When we asked him what a wolf scout was, he said it was kind of like a boy scout only for younger kids.

* Michelle said that on Sunday her dad took her to ice skating. When we asked her how long she went ice skating, Michelle said "About 20 minutes."

* Anthony wants to share about his dad. Anthony's dad is a police officer and he likes Elvis.

* Miss Laline shared with us that "Last night, I had a birthday party with my family and we had lemon cake and ice cream." When someone asked her what lemon cake is, Miss Laline said that it is like cake with lemon in it.

* Brendan said that his dad went to a baseball game to see the Yankees. When we asked Brendan if his dad liked the Yankees, Brendan said "Yes."

* Abudi said that on Monday, we watched a movie. When we asked Abudi what the movie was called he said "I don't know." Does anyone else remember the name of the movie? Mike reminded us that the name of the movie is "Snow Buddies".

* Mike said "My dad works with the Staten Island buses." Alexia then asked Michael "What is your dad's name?" Michael replied, "Tommy."

* Mr. Miller is happy that more people are giving some fun ideas for us to write on our classroom blog. He is also happy because tomorrow we will use some computers during broadcasting in class. It will be a happy Thursday!
